HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Standard Shipping is on us; tracked shipping costs may vary by item.

PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-5 business days; this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday.

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon as the order is processed, we will ship your order the next business day. It may take approximately 3-8 business days to deliver.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of your original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund.

(This policy excludes errors customers make when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

 For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
